- Handle a variety of administrative duties including word processing, preparing simple documents (including letters and correspondence)
- Maintain heavy calendar scheduling, phones and travel arrangements Prepare and submit expense reports and purchasing requests for supplies
- Update and maintain a variety of status reports and charts
- Organize files, contracts and legal documentation
- Prepare presentations for internal/external meetings
- Handle client contact list and correspondence with clients
- Create and maintain files and filing system
- A minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role at a creative agency, studio, network or production company.
- Someone with a passion for television and the desire for a career in TV
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work overtime with short notice; ability to work flexible work hours
- Must work well under pressure
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Network development experience
- Existing knowledge of the television business and industry experience
- SAP experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
