Desde nuetro hotel Melia Valencia nos encontramos en busqueda activa de un/a Conference Manager.

Tu misión principal consistirá en liderar el Departamento Operativo del área de M&E del Hotel Melia Valencia, encargándote de la operativa diaria de los Grupos, maximizar los ingresos del área operativa, gestión y elaboración de órdenes de servicio, facturación global de eventos y forecasts de los servicios vinculados al área; cumpliendo los estándares de calidad y procesos de la marca con todos los eventos del hotel.

REQUISITOS:

- 2 años de experiencia previa como Conference Manager /Comercial Interno en (hoteles de 4/5* o corporativo).

- Diplomatura en Turismo, Marketing o similar. (Se valora: Máster en Ventas o en Marketing)

- Buen conocimiento de Office (Excel y Powerpoint).

- Conocimiento de herramientas específicas como: Sales & Catering, OPERA y Marketing.

- Experiencia previa trabajando con equipos de otros departamentos.

- Gran capacidad de negociación y liderazgo.

- Orientación a objetivos

- Habilidades analíticas.

- Planificación y orientación al cliente.

- Nivel alto del inglés y valorable un segundo idioma
