About the job

- Manages the Talent & Culture function of the Hotel aligned to the hotel’s mission, goals and objectives. - Support managers to ensure success of their teams
- Ensure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and ensure that appropriate procedures are carried out. - Participate in preparing the budget.
- Reporting to the General Manager, you will be hands on and will have strong HR background ensuring that the human resources team contributes a high level of HR generalist knowledge and expertise for the hotel & hotel team.
- This position will be accountable for talent acquisition, succession/workforce planning, performance management and development for property Heartists, using technology efficiently, and coaching/developing others to help influence and execute business objectives in the most efficient manner.
- The role will generally work with considerable independence, developing processes to accomplish objectives in alignment with broader business objectives.
-Additionally, will utilize a Human Resource Business Plan aligned with property and brand strategies to deliver T&C services that enable business success.

About you

- The candidate should be with a high ability, sound business acumen, strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering superior results.
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major;
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
- Candidates must have working experience in large 5/4 star hotels (minimum 400 bedrooms)
  • Language required: English. Arabic, German, French, and Russian are a plus
