The Commercial team is certainly one of Warwick Castle’s most fast moving and exciting teams! We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Stock and Compliance Assistant to help ensure the department have the tools to enable them to manage their stock and till system accurately and efficiently!
Reporting into the Commercial Analyst, you’ll be driving standards to ensure all stock and inventory processes are followed in accordance to company procedures.
 
You will support the Commercial Analyst during monthly and quarterly stock counts and with the production of reporting requests. You will produce and distribute daily paperwork and commercial reporting.
 
You will also get to experience different areas of the attraction as you work alongside the commercial team as you collect sales from offline tills, ensure that all software is present and carry out random unit checks. 
 
This is a permanent part time role of 24hours per week, you will work 5 days out of 7, including weekends, bank holidays and some evenings. Flexibility is therefore essential.
 
We are looking for the following skills and experience\:
  • Proactive, with strong organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate with a range of people at all levels
  • Competent Microsoft programs (Excel/Word/Powerpoint/Outlook) specifically Excel
