We are currently recruiting for a Food & Beverage Seasonal Restaurant Manager. In this role you will be responsible for one or more restaurants and kiosks out on Resort amongst our guests with a seasonal team of shift leaders, senior hosts and hosts working for you.
As a Seasonal Restaurant you are given the responsibility of your restaurants as your own business. High standards of food hygiene, excellent attention to detail and the ability to react if something that needs to be able to do often. You will control all aspects of your Restaurants from profit and loss accounts, to mystery shops results, sales performance, staffing budgets and training of your teams. Reporting to a Cluster Manager, you’ll work closely together to review the performance of your business against targets and develop this further.
The Food & Beverage department strives to deliver excellent service and create memorable moments in our Restaurants to our guests and the mystery shop and KPI’s is high on the agenda every day. Your influence in this is critical with your team and across the department to ensure we only deliver 100% daily with KPI’s and when the mystery shopper visits our shops.
With the Restaurants being your business, you’ll be challenged with thinking outside of the box regularly and constantly reviewing what is being done and how we can improve. New ideas and concepts are encouraged and if agreed, you will be responsible for the implementation of these.
Health and Safety is our number one priority in all of our Restaurants across the Resort. You’ll be carrying out inspections weekly and monthly to help identify any risks and then putting actions into place to reduce the risks. As our main season runs from March to November these will be your busiest times.
We are looking for the following skills and experience;
• Experience of managing a team
• Experience of managing targets and KPI’s including sales, service, health and safety and hygiene
• Working in a Food environment is ideal but not essential
• Excellent time management skills
• Able to speak confidently in meetings
• The ability to organise effectively in a high task role
• Respond well and is accepting of change
• A passion and motivation for success
• A keen interest in developing yourself and your team
We are looking for varied availability for this role so we are able to offer full time, part time, weekends and holidays, you will be required to work weekends and bank holidays as required. A full job description is available on request upon application.
