We require a Group Mobility & Benefits Administrator to join the Group HR team on a 6 month fixed term contract (with a view to extend) based at our Head Office in Poole, Dorset.

 

Global Mobility is the term that we use to describe our International relocation programmes. The programme is necessary in ensuring that we can move our teams successfully and safely around the Merlin globe allowing them to open new attractions and deliver memorable experiences to our guests.

 

As part of the programme we cover Immigration, Tax and Moving services which could include anything from house searches to shipping of household goods. As part of the Group Compensation & Benefits Team, your role will not only help coordinate and execute these elements of the programme but also to provide first class support services to the individuals who are moving and their teams.

 

The role is fast paced with a minimum of 60 different employees being dealt with at any one time and will be instrumental to the success of the programme. You’ll get to work with individuals from all areas of the business including HR, Operations and our creative team.  Key objectives include\:

  • Supporting the delivery of a best in-class relocation model, providing timely and accurate correspondence and reporting to both internal and external teams.
  • Managing a small portfolio of international relocation cases.
  • Maintaining accurate records in relation to all activity within the Global Mobility programme.

We are looking for the following skills and experience…

  • You must have gained some experience within an administrative role and be able to demonstrate a good use of Microsoft office.
  • With excellent verbal and written communication skills, you must be able to take initiative and deal with matters in an organised and efficient manner; liaising closely with key stakeholders across the globe.
  • You must be able to work to work autonomously when required, managing your workload effectively.
  • Experience within an HR environment would be an advantage.
