Guest Services Seasonal Team Leader (Seasonal)
Location:  Thorpe Park, KT16 8PN
Hours:  Full Time, 5 days per week including weekends and bank holidays as required
Pay: £10 per hour

We are currently recruiting for Guest Services Seasonal Team Leaders for our 2022 season! You will be responsible for the daily running of Guest Services, where you will be overseeing the Guest Experience operation dealing with escalated guest feedback and enquiries on the day, assisting guests with accessibility enquiries and monitoring our Resort KPIs to share with the wider Resort. 

We are recruiting for both Front and Back of house Guest Services Team Leaders. 

Desirable Skills:

  •  Ability to self-manage and use initiative to prioritise tasks, whilst remaining calm under pressure
  • Strong communicator who can influence others and build strong working relationships and rapport with our guests and staff
  • Ability to drive initiatives, motivate and coach team members to achieve great results
  • Adaptable to given situations and circumstances which may arise
  • To suggest and encourage ideas within the team to help the department operations improve.
  • Proficient IT skills, in particular Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Ability to learn systems and new processes quickly
