We are LEGOLAND Windsor Resort and we are part of the magical Merlin Entertainments!

 

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Hotel Team as a Hotel Restaurant Team Leader. Hotel Restaurant Team Leaders will work closely with the Hotel Assistant Food and Beverage Managers to ensure the hotel delivers consistently high standards and service to our guests and inspire excellent customer service delivery in the hotel. You will work closely alongside F&B Assistants to ensure all hygiene, health & safety and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are adhered to and monitored on a regular basis.  Maintain excellent communication links within the F&B team and with other departments across the hotel and resort. Develop an interactive and unique style of service that is tailored to each guest and their individual requirements.


We are looking for the following skills and experience;
• Excellent communication skills along with strong impact and influencing skills
• A high level of attention to detail
• Be prepared to work in a lively, child-orientated environment  
• A hard worker who can work under pressure
• Demonstrate experience at leading a team to success in a fun customer service environment

  • Self-motivated and passionate to work in the hospitality business

  • Trained experience working in Restaurants and Bars  

  • A basic level of staff management in a busy operation 

This role is Full Time Permanent Role averaging 37.5 hours a week, with a competitive salary of £18,000. This role will require you to be flexible with your working hours and will include early starts and late finishes to accommodate the needs of the business, you need to be willing to work weekends and bank holidays this is an essential part of this role as these make up the peak times of our business
