We require an IT Local Support Analyst to join the Merlin Digital team based on site at LEGOLAND Windsor resort.  This role is on an 18 month fixed term basis (maternity cover).
 
Representing Merlin IT within LEGOLAND Windsor (& other UK attractions when required), you will be delivering first class IT services (level 1-2) to all staff based within the site, delivering positive and proactive customer service and ensuring appropriate service level agreements are met.

 

You will be supporting MS Windows 7, Office 2010, ePOS and all bespoke applications used onsite.

 

Part of an on-site team, you will be responsible for the effective provision of systems and services to customers, IT stock and IT estate management as well as managing major events and / or priority 1 issues on site - with the assistance of off-site Merlin IT teams where necessary.
 
We are looking for the following skills and experience…

  • Demonstrable experience working within an ITIL environment delivering 1st – 2nd line support.
  • Experience of supporting retail, front end environments (POSReady7).
  • Experience of MS Windows 7, Office 2010, networking, WIFI, Cabling standards.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange is desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of iPhone devices is desirable.
  • A true communicator and self-starter, you will enjoy working in a team focused environment that will utilise your skill to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Driving license and car preferred.

You will be required to work shifts on a rotational basis between 08.00 and 22.00, including weekends and bank holidays - depending on the park opening times.
