We have an exciting opportunity to join our LEGOLAND Hotel Bar & Restaurants team as a Hotel Chef de Partie.
We have 4 varied restaurant offerings across our 2 hotels, catering for up to 800 covers in unique environments. Although we’re in the business of fun, we are serious about delivering quality food & beverage experiences to our guests. We use fresh ingredients to deliver our own menus across our restaurants whilst having a big focus on customer service to deliver memorable experiences for our guests. (As you may also work behind the bar, you do need to be over 18 to apply for this position.)
You will be responsible for supporting the Senior Sous in creating and supervising the production of high quality food dishes in line with revenue and cost targets.
We are looking for the following skills and experience;
• Educated to a good standard in a food/catering related discipline
• Work well under pressure and promote a professional working environment
• Experience catering for a minimum of 500 covers per service period on a regular basis
• Be able to communicate at all levels as well as working on own initiative and as part of a team

This role is Full Time, Permanent, averaging 37.5 hours per week and will include weekends and bank holidays as required.
