We have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent, Hotel Kitchen Assistant to join us at LEGOLAND Windsor Hotel. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting out as a chef to gain exposure to a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment with one of the most recognisable brands in the world.
Starting out as a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll initially be responsible for cleaning, dishwashing and stock rotation across our four restaurants. We need someone to help maintain the highest levels of cleanliness in the food preparation areas, by working closely with our friendly chefs. There’s also plenty of opportunity to get involved in food preparation and other activities to help progress your chef career. The role offers excellent prospects for those interested in a career as a Chef, as we proactively seek to give more responsibility to those who show promise - many of our Chef team started out as Porters!
This is a permanent, full time position averaging 37.5 hours per week. You may be required to work weekends and bank holidays dependant on business needs.
