We are currently recruiting for Part Time/Weekend & Holidays Retail Team Leaders to join us throughout the Resorts season.
As a Retail Team Leader you will be required to support the department by delivering the highest quality of service to our guests, whilst acting as a role model to our front-line team.
You will be regarded as a vital part of the management team to ensure the smooth & efficient running of our highly regarded department.
Day to day duties include\:
· Overseeing the daily operation of our varying stores
· Managing our large and diverse front-line team
· Driving the team to deliver memorable experiences to each & every guest
· Generating solutions to resolve guest issues
· Devising and delivering initiatives that will engage the team
· Being at the forefront of delivering our exciting strategy
We have the same expectation of our Team Leaders as our guests have of our resort; only the best is good enough.
This role is on a seasonal, part-time basis until November 2018, working every weekend and bank holidays as required.
