Guests visit Chessington World of Adventures Resort for Britain’s wildest day out and the Rides are one of the key functions that will enable them to have an awesome time! If you have excellent levels of customer service and are able to maintain strict Health & Safety guidelines then this role could be for you!
You will be responsible for greeting & interacting with Adventurers whilst monitoring the queue lines and checking height restrictions. Loading & off-loading of Adventurers, safely on & off rides in a timely and orderly manner as well as pro-actively handling guest queries/complaints. You will ensure that your area looks at its best by keeping it free from litter at all times and taking responsibility of guest and staff welfare!
You will have strong communication skills with a keen, positive and friendly nature. You will have a responsible approach with good observation skills, and bags of enthusiasm and energy.
