We are currently recruiting for Scarefest Shows & Attractions Team Leaders within the Entertainments team to join us at the Alton Towers Resort for Scarefest 2018
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our designated Attractions, Venues, Shows and outdoor Zones by co-ordinating a team of employees, focusing on safety at all times whilst ensuring that they are operating at optimum capacity.
Additional duties will include the training/assessing of other employees working in the scare mazes, scare zones & shows and whilst working in all of our entertainment venues. You will also be responsible for the day to day duties including, organising breaks, cleaning, and preparation for opening and closing the venues as well as being responsible for ensuring ticket allocations are correct and that health & safety is to the highest of standards. This role will keep you busy, and will therefore require enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about this world class Halloween event.
Reporting into you, will be the Shows & Attractions Hosts, Show Captains and Performers - therefore experience in the running of an event, attractions or in a theatrical environment and great interpersonal skills are essential.
If you are a great problem solver, quick thinking, have initiative and can deal with large number of both employees and guests then this might be the perfect job for you. Contracts for this role will run from early September 2018 until 4th November 2018 at a competitive hourly rate of pay.
