We are currently recruiting for Scarefest Shows & Attractions Hosts within the Entertainments team to join us at the Alton Towers Resort for Scarefest 2018
In this role you'll work in and around our Scarefest Entertainment Venues, shows and outdoor Zones, providing great customer service to thousands of guests each day, as well as ensuring the attractions run safe and efficiently. Working in an operational team alongside our talented performers, it will be your responsibility to bring these scare attractions to life. Being the first point of call for our guests, ensuring ticket allocation is correct and ensuring health & safety is to the highest of standards, this role will keep you busy therefore we require enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about this event.
The role of the Shows and Attractions Host is, first and foremost, a customer service role. Therefore you will need to be friendly, approachable and confident when dealing with a variety of guests. You need to be an excellent communicator and able to work long and late hours. Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable.

Contracts will run from Mid September - November 2018 offering flexible hours and an hourly rate in line with national minimum wage.
