 We are Thorpe Park Resort and we are part of the magical Merlin Entertainments!

  

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at THORPE PARK Resort as Site Presentations Team Leader!  In this role you will manage the department on a day-to-day basis, acting as an exemplary role model and demonstrating a professional and consistent management style that reflects the needs of both the team and the business.

 

You will ensure that all employees go above and beyond their daily duties so that the resort has the highest possible presentation standards, with a hands on attitude. You will actively ensure that high standards of guest care are delivered, as well as managing performance within the immediate team, including training and one-to-one reviews. You will enforce Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times, ensuring it remains our number one priority. You’ll be involved in the direct management of both good and poor performance.

 

You will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, as well as being a great team player. You will be enthusiastic and full of energy with strong communication and decision making skills. You will be proactive and hardworking to succeed in this hands on role as well as have the ability to take on responsibility and work on own initiative. You will need to be flexible to meet the needs of the business, with the ability to work to meet the needs of our 24/7 operationally active department.

Due to the nature of the role, you must be over the age of 18.

This role is Full Time, Permanent, averaging 40 hours per week and will include weekends, nights and bank holidays as required.
