Business Strategy Executive
About the job
* Supports development of the strategy and the Value Creation Plan with high qualitative and quantitative analysis
* Monitors market trends, dynamics and competitors to prepare monthly market diagnostics
* Manages the project portfolio within the Metro Cash&Carry Strategy Program; trackes the implementation of projects; for that purpose defines key leading and lagging indicators of the initiatives and tracks the KPI dashboard to follow the performance of projects
* Supports the cross functional teams for the implementation planning of the strategy; acting as the in-house consultant for project and change management issues, offering advice to all departments which require assistance for new business initiatives or related issues
* Identify and addresses risks and barriers and supports/coaches initiative owners to overcome risks; if necessasry escalates Project risks
* Prepares project reports, progress summaries, analysis and related data assessments
* Prepares regular executive summaries & reports and presentations for Steering Committees

About you
* University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS or related sciences
* Preferably 2 to 3 years of previous experience in Strategy and Business Development departments or Consultancy Companies
* Project Management experience, both waterfall and agile, is an asset
* Excellent organization skills with ability to handle multiple projects, priorities and deadlines
* Computer skills with proficiency using Microsoft Office
* Fluency in written and spoken English
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills with ability to create presentations and compose meaningful reports
* Excellent communication and team working skills
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills; with an ability to think holistically
* Well organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated; able to work effectively even amid occasional ambiguity or imperfect information.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
