Your Tasks:
  • Leading a team of 8 Blended Learning Experts and 2 Learning Management System Experts with deep didactical, project management and related technical expertise
  • Leading a team of 8 sub-direct reports in our Shared Service Center in India
  • Responsible for the development of state-of-the-art learning interventions of various formats which enable the implementation of METRO Cash & Carry's strategy towards all ~100,000 employees
  • Responsible for the international implementation and optimization of the corporate Learning Management System
  • Coordination of various learning formats meeting state-of-the-art didactical purposes
  • Steering the corporate Learning & Development Portfolio to ensure relevancy and consistency
  • Budget responsibility and coordination of external agencies

Your Profile:

  • Tertiary education in HR/ Training/ Educational Sciences/ Pedagogy or equivalent
  • At least 2 years in middle management positions in HR
  • Passion for people development and general curiosity
  • Strong skills in modern leadership and collaboration
  • Independent working style and pro-active mindset
