In this role, you will
Review and develop instore merchandising guidelines.
This is about creating a manual for all METRO countries with focus on METRO exclusive brands (Own Brands).
Going through the topics of space allocation, traffic flow, shelf allocation, instore communication, customer journey, and more.
Your professional skills
- Graduated or in the last year of Economics & Management studies, with focus on Marketing, Retail, Trade Marketing and Sales.
- Your are a curious person, structured, willing to be a future manager but aware that field work is necessary and a must have.
- Very good English skills.
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office tools.
Learn and also contribute in shaping a new in-store merchandising approach for the METRO brands (private labels). Exposure and interactions with 26 countries, great work environment and colleagues.
