We are looking for a Assistant Director of Events Management

As a Assistant Director of Events Management, we rely on you to

岗位职责

-全面负责宴会和会议,展示会等的推销、预订工作;
  Responsible for the promotion and booking of banquets and conferences, exhibitions, etc.
-制定宴会销售的市场推销计划、简历并完善宴会销售部工作程序和标准,制定宴会销售部规章制度并指挥实施;
  Make the marketing plan, resume of banquet sales and improve the procedure and standard of Banquet sales department, make the rules and regulations of Banquet Sales Department and command the implementation;
-参加酒店管理人员会议、完成上传下达工作;
  Attend the meeting of hotel management staff, complete the upload and release work;
-安排布置并督导下属人员的正常工作;
  Arrange the arrangement and supervise the normal work of the subordinate personnel;
-建立改善宴会日记、客户合同存档、宴会订单和预报单的存档记录,使之成为有效的工作程序和管理手段;
  To establish an effective working procedure and management means to improve the record of Banquet diary, customer contract filing, banquet order and forecast form;
-与餐饮部总监和行政总厨沟通协调,共同议定宴会菜单及价格;
  Coordinate with food and beverage director and Executive chef to agree on banquet menu and price;
-与其他部门沟通、协调、密切配合;
  Communicate with other departments, coordinate and cooperate closely;
-定期对下属进行绩效评估,按奖惩制度实施奖惩,并加强对员工的培训工作、提高员工素质;
  Carry on regular performance appraisal to subordinates, carry out rewards and punishments according to the reward and punishment system, and strengthen the training work and improve the quality of staff;

 

We are looking for someone who :

岗位要求

-本科及以上学历;
  Bachelor degree or above;
-具有酒店宴会销售岗位工作经验,能结合行业特点开展整体市场营销工作,有良好的客户积累,团队合作精神;
  Has the hotel banquet sales position work experience, can combine the industry characteristic to carry on the overall marketing work, has the good customer accumulation, the team cooperation spirit;
-对高档宴会的组织及执行有丰富的经验;
 Have a wealth of experience in organizing and implementing high-end banquets;
-具有较强的管理能力、判断和决策能力、人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力;
  Have strong management ability, judgment and decision-making ability, interpersonal communication and coordination ability, planning and execution ability;
-工作细致、严谨,并具有战略前瞻性思维;
  Meticulous work, rigorous, and strategic forward thinking;
