Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing sales for Anantara Ubud Bali Villas, a resort branded residential development currently under construction in Payangan. You must already be based in Bali, possess in-depth knowledge of the island’s real estate industry, as well as extensive network and experience in the luxury residential market. You will be based on-site at Anantara Ubud Bali Resort.

You will drive all domestic and international sales and marketing activities for Anantara Ubud Bali Villas, identify and grow a database of potential customers, develop a dynamic sales and marketing strategy to target the above customers and partner with Director of Marketing, Real Estate in executing them, build and actively leverage a network of 3rd party partners, including real estate agents, to assist in marketing the development to relevant customer segments, develop and regularly update industry and competitive research, revenue projections and monthly sales report, coordinate all necessary administrative processes to ensure smooth execution of sales agreements. You will report directly to the Vice President, Real Estate who will provide coaching and support to enable you to achieve what you are driving for.



Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of proven sales and marketing experience and track record within the luxury real estate or other relevant sector
  • A thorough understanding of Bali’s real estate industry – its market and competitive landscape, customer base and sales processes
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Be self-motivated and driven, able to set and achieve targets independently with minimal supervision
  • Be a team player, able to nurture cross-cultural collaboration and perform under pressure
