Job Description

Oaks Cypress Lakes are looking for a full-time Weddings & Social Events Coordinator. With nine modern venues catering to small intimate family ceremonies through to gala receptions with up to 1000 guests this is an event coordinator's dream job. 

Salary range: $65K -$75K per year + Super + Company Perks!

You will:

  • Work with clients to organise the event 
  • Confirm and manage vendors for events
  • Prepare event quotes, proposals and invoices
  • Handle and convert enquires and sales
  • Create, maintain and nurture client relationships



Qualifications

  • Previous events or wedding coordinator experience
  • Strong organisational skills and professional manner
  • Excellent oral and written communication and administration skills
