This person must provide quality facials, waxing, and makeup application. Will also be responsible for learning treatments specific to Miraval and all pertinent product lines.
Adhere to given schedule and appointments.
Adhere to all policies and procedures as stated in the employee handbook.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and rooms, as well as, restock of linens and products between and at the end of each working shift.
Must possess the ability to perform consecutive services in pre-determined period of time.

Must have a minimum of one year professional massage experience.
Must possess excellent communication skills.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Must have graduated from an accredited esthetic school with a minimum of 600 hours
Must possess strong educational background with the ability to implement appropriate techniques according to assessment of guests, indications or contradictions.
Minimum of 1 year experience working as an esthetician.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: List preferred/required
Minimum 600 hours from accredited school. If appropriate other modality certificates will be requested. Required to provide copies of current certificates and/or licenses.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and interpret retail product labeling. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization.
English is required to communicate with guests and management.
Must possess the ability to represent the Mission of Miraval as in the handbook, verbally and with body language.
Must speak quietly in a clear, concise, confident manner to guests and employees.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to understand personal boundaries and confidentiality of guests as stated in the employee handbook.
Must possess good decision making ability in regards to guest issues that arise in the moment without management supervision.
