After an appropriate period of training aimed at acquiring the necessary tools and skills for carrying out their role, the people selected will manage every aspect of the kitchen and dining room, contributing to the growth and success of a unique, young company with new openings in Italy and abroad.
If you have already sat at our tables for a plate of pasta you will have understood who we are: a young smiling family, which gets a little bigger every day.

What you will be doing
You'll make hundreds of people happy every day, to the tune of smiles and pasta dishes.
It's hard work, but fun. As part of the family you'll learn all the behind-the-scenes and operational aspects of the show in the dining room and kitchen.
