Job Description

Miscusi is the first Italian restaurant brand dedicated entirely to pasta. We are new-generation Italians who want to make people happy by bringing the benefits of the Mediterranean Diet to the world: friendship, tradition, hospitality, openness, creativity and, of course, fresh pasta and great food. We started in our own country, Italy, with ten restaurants, an Online Shop and a Farm, which will become the research and development centre for all our recipes and raw materials. Our next goal is to continue multichannel expansion in Italy and to reach London in 2021. That's why we are always on the lookout for committed, motivated people with whom to share our journey and mutual growth. We are looking for energetic, proactive, committed people for the following roles:

Waiter and Kitchen Staff - Full time 23000£ per year

After an appropriate period of training aimed at acquiring the necessary tools and skills for carrying out their role, the people selected will manage every aspect of the kitchen and dining room, contributing to the growth and success of a unique, young company with new openings in Italy and abroad.

About us

If you have already sat at our tables for a plate of pasta you will have understood who we are: a young smiling family, which gets a little bigger every day.
As we grow, we add new seats and we want to fill them with enthusiastic people, lovers of good carbs, outstanding team players, young people who have grown up with homemade tagliatelle noodles, Sunday meals and, most importantly, with a common philosophy: think big.

Dining room artists: friends with customers and attentive to detail

What you will be doing

You'll make hundreds of people happy every day, to the tune of smiles and pasta dishes.

It's hard work, but fun. As part of the family you'll learn all the behind-the-scenes and operational aspects of the show in the dining room and kitchen.
