Our Front Office Manager, Ioana, is currently looking for friendly and enthusiastic Bell Attendants to join the Front Office family. This role is the perfect start to a career in hospitality, so if you're looking for a team who value hard work, enthusiasm and a good sense of humour, we'd love to meet you!

Please note that you must have a valid UK Driving Licence or the ability to convert an EU Licence to be considered for this role.

Experience required

  • A consistently friendly, approachable and positive attitude. Even on your bad days!
  • Good team work and communication skills. Confident in speaking to hotel guests, colleagues and managers.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be useful but not essential. We provide comprehensive training for all team members.
  • Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and connect with all hotel guests an assist them with luggage, transport or directions as required.
  • Maintain Bell Team presence on the Lobby and at the hotel main entrance at all times.
  • Escort the guests to their rooms, explaining the in-room facilities and recommending hotel outlets.
  • Deliver messages, faxes, packages etc. for guests and undertake any other requests in order to ensure their comfort.
  • Tag and store guest luggage where required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the hotel main entrance and luggage storage areas.
  • Assist guests with Valet parking and advise of charges accordingly.
