Hotel Monument 5*GL, one of the most Modern and luxurious hotel located on the iconic Paseo de Gracia, the main shopping street in the city and a few meters from Casa Batlló, is looking for a GUEST EXPERIENCE INTERNSHIP.

MISSION

Following the established procedure standards under the guidance of the Guest Experience Supervisor to exceed guest expectations.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Responsible for exceeding guest needs and requests.
- Welcoming all guests and recognize all VIP and Repeat Guests according to company standards.
- Provide the guest with directions and information regarding property services, hours of operation, and provides information on local areas of interest and activities.
- Contact and coordinate with the corresponding department all the costumers requests.
- Solve possible issues of the guest, always seeking to exceed their expectations following the established internal procedure and follow-up.

- Carry out the guest's pre-arrival and post departure procedure.
- Manage the hotel incoming calls when needed.
- Communicates and prepares the arrival of VIP'S according to established procedures and standards.
- Person in charge of the Rooming in the rooms to all guess.
- Develop all the Lobby Hosting Functions.
- Maintains the confidentiality of all information related to the property, guests and companions.

FUNCIONES según arriba

- Es responsable de proporcionar las necesidades y peticiones del huésped
- Dar la bienvenida y reconoce a todos los huéspedes según los estándares de la empresa.
- Suministrar al huésped direcciones e información en cuanto a servicios de la propiedad, horas de operación, y provee información de las áreas locales de interés y actividades.
- Contactar y coordinar con el departamento correspondiente la llamada la petición, incidencia o llamada de un huésped.
- Soluciona posibles incidencias del huésped, buscando siempre exceder sus expectativas siguiendo el procedimiento interno establecido y realiza su seguimiento.
- Se adelanta a las necesidades del huésped
- Recibe, registra, y transmite mensajes con exactitud y de manera legible por todos los empleados.
- Realiza el procedimiento pre-arrival del huésped
- Gestión de la centralita.
- Es el encargado de realizar el Rooming a la habitación para todos los huéspedes.
- Realiza funciones de Lobby Hosting.
- Mantener la confidencialidad de toda información relacionada con la propiedad, huéspedes y compañeros.
- Realizar todas aquellas funciones encomendadas por su supervisor directo o en su ausencia por los supervisores de Front Office o el Director de Front of the House

About you

Education: Tourism Degree.
Languages: Fluent level in Spanish and English. Additional language as Russian and Arabic is a plus.
  • Languages required: English and Spanish.
