Excellent opportunities for F&B Service Placement at Mosimann's Club Restaurant or Party Service Catering Department in London.

Ideally starting in September.
Available for 4-6 months.

We expect from the successful candidates to be a committed team players who can confidently deliver exceptional high quality service for our members and guests.

Purpose of Job:
Under the guidance and supervision of the Operations or delegate, responsible for preparing service standards in accordance with Mosimann’s operations, quality and procedures.

We are ideally looking for students who have:
- Passion for fine dining and eagerness to develop your knowledge and skills to higher level
- Commitment to deliver exceptional high quality customer service
- Strong practical skills and a good understanding of high standard hospitality industry

Requirements

Main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of the restaurant and private rooms.
- Preparation of mise-en-place preparing the restaurant for service (cleaning, linen preparation, silver polishing, table top preparations, all other mise-en-place tasks)
- Perform all duties expected as a host and front of house professional: explain menu to guests, serving dishes and announcing them, clearing plates, wine and beverage service, bread service and barista tasks. Co-ordinate service and duties with other front of house team members.
- Work with Head chef and his team to learn about menu ingredients, food preparation and special diet requirements.
- Participate in ensuring his working place is kept clean and tidy.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and correctly handled.
- Works a rota/shift system as laid down by the Front of House management.
- Performs any tasks or duties as required by the Front of House management.
