Chef de Rang - Private Dinning Club - Sundays Off

Excellent opportunity for a professional Chef de Rang for our Exclusive Members Dinning Club in central London, Knightsbridge.

We expect from the successful candidate to be PASSIONATE and COMMITTED Chef de Rang who can confidently deliver exceptional high quality customer service for our members and guests.

As a successful Chef de Rang you will be a key part of the F&B service team who ensures that that all guests receive a professional courteous hosting and exclusive waiting service, with aim to create a consistently outstanding guest experience. You will be responsible to effectively running a section, ensuring the quality of provided services are consistent and meet the Mosimann’s standards. You will be also responsible for ensuring the more junior colleagues in the section are given clear direction and effectively supervised to be able to develop their knowledge and skills.

We are ideally looking for an experienced and motivated Chef de Rang who has:
* worked previously within a high standard fine dining establishments
* commitment to deliver an exceptional high quality customer service
* passion for fine dining and eagerness to develop your F&B knowledge and skills to higher level
