Job description

Responsibilities:


Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival

Direct visitors to the appropriate person/office

Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls

Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail

Receive and dispatch deliveries

Schedule and Maintain office services as required. (Cleaners, maintenance, utilities)

Order all office and kitchen supplies (Keep inventory)

Upkeeping kitchen cleanliness

Coordinate office activities and conference meetings with Management

Perform other clerical duties and provide office assistance as needed with all departments.
