Payroll Officer

As part of its development in Scandinavia Newrest is recruiting a Payroll Officer in Sweden, based in Solna/Arlandastad.

Reporting to the HR Manager in Sweden, you will be a part of the HR-team.

You are responsible for all payroll questions from employee and coordinate with the outsourced payroll provider necessary information for the salaries.

You must be fluent in Swedish and English.

MISSIONS :

• Ensuring payroll and timesheets are completed accurately.
• Coordinate all the information with our payroll provider
• Secure that we deliver accurate data to the payroll provider.
• Handling payroll enquiries by email.
• Monitoring new starters and leavers.
• Manage correspondence with employees by answering emails and sorting mail.
• Maintain accurate records for employee holiday requests.
• Interact with managers and carry out all work requests.
• Knowledge about collective agreements is a plus

Profile:

• 3 years’ experience as a payroll administrator.
• Experience dealing with end-to-end payroll. (Excluding journal entries processing).
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Attention to detail and good work ethic.
• Data entry skills and good numeracy.
• Organizational skills, management skills and excellent communication skills.
• Good teamwork skills.

CONTRACT:  Permanent
