Payroll Officer

As part of its development in Scandinavia Newrest is recruiting a Payroll Officer in Sweden, based in Solna/Arlandastad.

Reporting to the HR Manager in Sweden, you will be a part of the HR-team.
You are responsible for all payroll questions from employee and coordinate with the outsourced payroll provider necessary information for the salaries.
You must be fluent in Swedish and English.
MISSIONS :
- Ensuring payroll and timesheets are completed accurately.
- Coordinate all the information with our payroll provider
- Secure that we deliver accurate data to the payroll provider.
- Handling payroll enquiries by email.
- Monitoring new starters and leavers.
- Manage correspondence with employees by answering emails and sorting mail.
- Maintain accurate records for employee holiday requests.
- Interact with managers and carry out all work requests.
- Knowledge about collective agreements is a plus
Profile:
- 3 years’ experience as a payroll administrator.
- Experience dealing with end-to-end payroll. (Excluding journal entries processing).
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Attention to detail and good work ethic.
- Data entry skills and good numeracy.
- Organizational skills, management skills and excellent communication skills.
- Good teamwork skills.
CONTRACT: Permanent
LOCATION: Based in our Stockholm office (Solna/Arlandastad)
