About the job

This historic restaurant in Long Island, NY was created by the Michelin starred Chef John Fraser when he reopened the property and reimagined the guest dining experience with his farm to table philosophy. Gain hands on experience under an amazing Chef Barrantes to learn the concept, culture, and cooking style. Housing offered at a cost

​We provide coats and aprons, Chefs should provide their own black kitchen hat, black pants, and kitchen safe black shoes. We offer staff meal and the charge is $3.25 per day when a meal is provided. This is taken out of the pay check.

Housing is provided by a local third party vendor at the cost of $450 per month plus utilities that average aprox. $75 per month. Deposit of $750 required. Single bedroom within a house to include a single or twin bed, dresser and night stand, and full length mirror; access to common areas within the Property such as the kitchen, bathroom(s), entryway(s), living room; access to a washer and dryer located on the Property, as well as kitchen appliances, including, but not limited to, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave and coffee maker. Property is within walking distance to the restaurant. Grocery store is within walking distance.
