Job description

Vous assistez le cuisinier ou le chef de partie dans la réalisation des plats.
Vous pouvez aussi assurer les missions suivantes :
- mise en place de la partie à laquelle vous êtes affecté(e)
- travaux préparatoires de cuisine
- réalisations culinaires chaudes ou froides, cuissons simples, assaisonnements…
- nettoyage et rangement de la partie à laquelle vous êtes affecté(e)
- remplacement de votre supérieur pendant son jour de congé
Rigoureux(se), responsable, vous avez le sens des détails et le goût du travail bien fait.
