About the job

Au sein de notre département Accueil et précisément au sein du pôle Guest Relation, vous participerez aux missions suivantes :

PROJET QUALITE
- Vous recenserez les retours des clients et identifierez nos points forts et points à améliorer.
- Vous assurez une mise en place de différents process pour améliorer la qualité,
- Vous accompagnerez notre Responsable en charge de la Qualité pour la mise en place des différents projets en relation avec la qualité et la satisfaction du client.

RELATION CLIENTS
- Le Welcoming : un accueil personnalisé de nos clients VIP, des groupes...
- Suivi personnalisé pendant le séjour du client pour une fidélisation optimale,
- Préparation en amont de l’arrivée des clients VIP,
- Vous serez un support pour l’opérationnel (collaboration avec le Front Office et le F&B),
- Vous serez en charge des litiges clients (écoute du client, résolutions des problèmes,...)
- Vous répondrez aux clients sur le site web et social media.

About you

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
FORMATION
- Vous suivez une formation de gestion hôtelière ou école avec spécialisation dans le tourisme / hôtellerie.

QUALITES
- Vous alliez des qualités d’organisation, de rigueur avec un excellent relationnel.
- Vous avez le sens des initiatives et des responsabilités.

COMPETENCES
- Vous avez un excellent niveau de Français (oral et écrit)
- Anglais courant.
- Une troisième langue vivante est réel plus (niveau opérationnel / courant).

Nous recherchons un stagiaire pour une période allant de 3 à 6 mois ; versement de la gratification légale.
