MISSIONS

The Pastry Sous Chef is responsible for assisting in the overall management and operations of the Pastry Kitchen, as well as ensuring consistent and quality preparation, execution and delivery of menu items. The Pastry Sous Chef also assists in leading and developing the team, provides pertinent input into menu design and ensures that the final product meets and exceeds guest expectations.

PROFILE

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury resort, hospitality service or consumer-led organization.
  • Applicable Certifications and/or Degree(s).
  • Ability to communicate at all levels – excellent listening, verbal & written communication skills.
  • Full Fluency of the English language, both written and spoken. Fluency in a second language an asset.
  • These roles require job holders to be able to work flexible hours.
