This role is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the field service, leading a team of cleaners and field-based staff to deliver a world-class experience to our guests staying in our homes.
Reporting into the Head of Operations, your team will be responsible for ensuring all of our homes look their absolute best for our guests. You’ll also be a people leader, responsible for overall line management of a team of cleaners both permanent and seasonal.
Duties and responsibilities
Operations delivery - You’re responsible for the core operations resources and on-boarding, looking for areas where improvements can be made as well as providing support to the existing processes. You will ensure that the quality of our operations positively represents the onefinestay brand.
People management - You’ll directly manage a seasonal team which can grow to 20 members in peak. You’ll provide training, guidance and development for the members of the team and ensure they are supported at all times.
Lead and motivate a strong team - to be able to provide the best level of logistical excellence to ensure our guests and stakeholders are serviced to the highest standards while hitting designated team targets.
Guest satisfaction - You’ll be responsible for the guest satisfaction and will have an understanding of what is driving NPS. You’ll understand that standard and service levels are high on your agenda ensuring that guests are happy and works with our business model.
House inspection - Inspect houses, verify and report status and/or discrepancies into property management system, complete work orders, oversee projects such as deep cleaning, inventory
Assist in opening and assigning work assignments to staff and closing at the end of the day
Planning and leading our seasonal recruitment requirements.
Flexing into other teams to support on discrete tasks dependent on business need and supporting manager and team on discrete projects as required.
Qualifications and experience:
Please Note: Fluency in both English and Spanish are essential for this role.
- You have previous housekeeping experience
- You have a track record of delivering high logistical services, with good commercial awareness.
- Experience of leading and managing a often seasonal team.
- Exceptional organizational skills and able to work autonomously.
- Ambitious and results driven with a love of achieving high-level operations
- This role is fast paced and goals and targets can change. You are flexible, adaptable and amenable to change and very responsive
- Solid team building and problem-solving skills
- Sound judgement and decision-making skills, even under pressure.
