Role Overview:
We seek an enthusiastic Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Palazzo Margherita. You will ensure guests feel at home, manage front desk operations, and provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and handle check-ins/outs.
• Respond to mail and phone inquiries, assist guests’ needs, and offer local recommendations.
• Manage reservations, phone calls, and payments efficiently.
• Concierge activities: organizing transfers, restaurant bookings, arranging tour packages throughout the area.
Qualifications:
• Warm demeanor, with a strong propensity to hospitality. Well-groomed and tidy. Flexible, problem solving and detail-oriented.
• Fluency in Italian and English; other languages are a plus.
• Prior experience of at least 2 years in luxury hospitality is preferable, however not mandatory
• Familiar with PMS, booking engine, channel manager, OTAs and other integrated IT systems. Use of MS Office (Word, Excel) is a plus.
