A Stewarding Supervisor assists in the management of the daily operations of the Stewarding Department. The Stewarding Department is responsible for servicing the hotel inventory of glass, china, silver, and dishes, transporting banquet food from kitchen to designated areas, and maintaining back of house cleanliness and sanitation. This will include supervising staff, stocking supplies, monitoring food temperature and quality, inventory, and running dish machines.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate good communication and organization skills. Computer proficiency is also required. Previous food & beverage experience (preferably in a hotel) is required; previous supervisory experience is also required.

This is a fast paced position that will involve standing and walking during most of the shift. Candidates must be able to lift, push and carry a moderate amount of weight. Candidates must have open availability, including nights, weekends and holidays.
