You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Corporate Strategies, Purpose, Mission, Vision and brand standards, whilst meeting colleague, guest and owner expectations.
You will be reoporting to Human Resources Manager and responsible for recruitment, ensuring colleagues are correctly inserted in People Soft and other local HR systems, smooth running of payroll, set up and running of the associate restaurant and to have an effective learning department set up.
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Human Resources Manager or Assistant Personnel Manager in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
Must be fluent in English and Chinese. Good working knowledge of Microsoft office. Previous hotel experience will be a plus.
