The Director of Operations oversees the Food and Beverage division of the hotel as well as the Rooms division. As a member of the property’s Executive Committee, the Director of Operations is a highly visible role with exposure to Senior and Corporate leadership. This position reports directly to the hotel General Manager.
The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing and directing Banquets, Restaurants, In-Room Dining, and Stewarding on the Food and Beverage side. From the Rooms side the Director of Outlets is responsible for overseeing and directing Front Desk operations, Housekeeping, and Guest Services.
