Learning Coordinator
About the job
The Learning Coordinator will partner with and assist the Assistant Manager - Learning in the organisation and delivery of training and learning and development (L&D) initiatives for the colleagues at Park Hyatt Dubai.
Alongside the AM - Learning, you will design and develop training materials for new courses and roll them out accordingly in the hotel.
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management/ Business Administration or similar is a must.
- At least one year of experience in Human Resources or hotel operational departments is a must.
- Previous experience in luxury hotel environment desirable.
- Previous experience and/or strong interest in the field of learning and development/training an advantage, as well as previous experience in HR or a Training role.
