Ensures efficient office administration procedures.
Ensures that all training records are maintained, filed and updated in the HR System.
Ensures Training documents are properly routed with strict accuracy and confidentiality.
Maintains and updates manual and computerised filing system as required.
Liaises with the local Labour authority for all related matters as assigned by the Learning Manager / Assistant Learning Manager.
Assists in ensuring all associate facilities are maintained within standards, i.e. Training Rooms and Library.
Assists in the compilation and accuracy of the Departmental Operations Manuals, Associate Task Lists and Task Breakdowns.
Assists in the preparation of the annual Training Plan, ensuring the objectives fully address the business objectives of the Hotel and the training needs of the associates.
Assists the Learning Manager / Assistant Learning Manager in compiling training attendance confirmation lists for all training courses.
Complies with hotel’s Policies & Procedures.
