Our colleague as part of the sales organization is responsible to provide our business guests, travelling individual or in group, with personalized and professional assistance and service in guidance of our internal policies and procedures. The role requires good communication and negotiation skills, ability of working as a team member, high flexibility and motivation for travelling, empathy.
Sales Manager, Business Travel has the responsibility but not limited:
- To create and maintain professional business relationship with our guests and customers on the German speaking markets
- To constantly research and prospect for new business opportunities
- To present and represent the Park Hyatt Mallorca on travel fairs, showcases and personal sales calls according to the resort’s travel calendar
- To timely present the sales reports and to conduct follow ups according to hotel’s policies and procedures
- To organize and guide site inspections, fam trips, and business visits
- To respond to any customer request according to our highest standards
- To develop and execute a personal business plan
- To achieve the hotel targets on room, food and beverage and banquet revenues
- To constantly analyze and challenge the status quo in order to maximize hotel’s opportunities

About you

Experience in hotel industry is required
German and English is a must, Spanish is a plus
Valid work permit within the European Union
  • Languages required: German and English.
