Park Hyatt Zanzibar is looking for a food and Beverage Manager whose core task is to Manage all Hotel Outllets and Banquettes services for the Hotel
The ideal candidate has to have the following:
· Minimum 2 years work experience as an Outlet manager in luxury hospitality sector is required.
· Multi-unit operational experience including event’s management is preferred.
· Having strong knowledge in Beverage and Mixology is required.
· Having passion for designing menu concept.
· Energetic and interactive personality.
· Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills.
· Good guest relations and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to lead, train, coach and motivate staff is essential.
Professional presentation and customer centric attitude.
· Degree or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
· Comprehensive computer knowledge in MS Office and POS operation.
· Good knowledge of financial statements.
