Job Description

This position offers limited time signing bonus of $300 after 90-days of employment!

Job Summary

The Assistant Manager – operations works in a team of four, living on property and responsible for the overall supervision of the Lodge Operations, maintaining consistent and quality service at all times to ensure guest satisfaction. Directly oversee and manage all Guest Service Agents, Housekeepers, and Housemen. Under the direction of the Resort Manager, and on a rotational bases, the Assistant Manager will cover and manage the following departments at the Lodge: Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B Outlets.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the overall supervision of the Lodge Operations including Front office, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage
  • Resolve guest related discrepancies with tact and courtesy: billing, housekeeping, discrepancy and check reports
  • Oversee and manage staffing levels and payroll expenses in accordance with budgetary guidelines and required service levels
  • Maintains consistent quality of service to ensure the satisfaction of every guest

General Requirements

  • You possess a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or combination of education, training, and experience
  • You're able to work flexible hours when needed that include nights/weekend/holidays  
  • You have prior experience in hospitality 
  • Must be passionate about service and teamwork

Salary: $58,240.00
