Thomas Keller's highly acclaimed restaurants, are seeking experienced Pastry professionals to be part of our dynamic culinary brigade. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 + years of experience, with increasing levels of responsibility. Seeking individuals who possess capabilities in both plated desserts and production. In addition to technical skill, the ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability and drive to learn and contribute.
