About Your Job:

The Administration Assistant provides administrative support for the smooth function to the QR Holidays team.  You will be handling confidential and sensitive issues involving continual inter-departmental relations and will represent the team through correspondence, telephone and personal contact.  You will also liaise with other departments to arrange the logistics of resources,

 Main accountabilities are:

  • Perform advanced, diversifies and confidential administrative and secretarial support.
  • Generate business documentation, including presentation creation, spreadsheet preparation and distribution.
  • Prepare charts, compile reports, maintain complete files, manuals, invoices and co-ordinate travel needs.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications.
  • Respond to complaints and requests for information and assistance,, interpret and explain procedures and policies to internal staff inquiries.
  • Attend and take notes at meetings, record communication such as documents and emails to meet team requirements.

      About You:

      To be successful in this role you will need a relevant Tertiary, Trade or Vocational Qualification as well as having a minimum of 3 years of job-related experience including database administration.

      You should be self-motivated with a positive attitude, be highly organised, have strong interpersonal and team work ability, be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision,  Excellent written and verbal communication is required along with your strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
