About Your Job:

As the HR Officer , you will provide sound interpretation and application of HR policies applying a broad base of human resources knowledge, judgment and initiative through a collaborative business partner approach to your colleagues.

You will provide support to line managers in the areas of employee relations, benefits, compensation, leadership, development, performance management, training and legal matters in line with the company procedures.  In addition you will have the opportunity to work on key HR products and contribute to the progression of the business. You will lead the way in defining high level, professional service and deliveries with emphasis on accurate and timely processing of all matters relating to all HR activities within the area of responsibility. You will be accountable for the full spectrum of HR functions with key focus on HR policies and processes,  performance management and reporting as well as implementation of corporate policies and processes.

Key accountabilities will include working as a HR Partner in Business, Personal Administration, Recruitment and Selection, HR Policy and training and development.

About You:

You will need to hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 4 year relevant experience.

You must have strong English communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a multi-cultural environment to all levels in the organisation. 

Essetial Skills for the role :

  • Knowledge of Indian Labour laws and compliances is essential. 
  • Knowledge of HR Systems like Oraclea and SAP. 

You will have the ability to build relationships and work well across functions and should demonstrate strong customer orientation being the key point of coordination between the Head Office HR function and the field organisation. You must be able to prioritise and oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You must communicate a ‘can do’ attitude and positive outlook.
