Guest Relations Manager
About the job
We are currently looking for a Guest Relations Manager to join our Operations Department. The Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for the managing and training the Guest Relations & Concierge team, and will help us to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. The Guest Relations Manager is responsible for daily briefings with the GR team, and for the weekly working schedule - days off and team handling. He / She reports to the Operations Manager and has daily contact with the Front Office Manager, Quality Manager and Operations Manager.
• To ensure smooth and efficient daily operation of the Reception Operation ensuring that all hotel guests and visitors receive an optimum level of service and care at all times.
• To have deep knowledge of all the room types, suites and villas.
• To have deep knowledge of all the common areas, functions, restaurants and bars.
• To carry out, supervise and record cross training of staff members
• To ensure a full and complete shift hand over.
• To ensure an efficient “Welcome” or “Welcome back” of all guests and to personally greet and escort all VIP Guests to their rooms.
• Ensure that the highest quality service is delivered by all Guest Relations members and Concierge Agents.
• To prepare weekly shifts for the Guest Relations and Concierge Agents.
• To conduct daily standard and quality checks.
• To continually check all public areas for upkeep and cleanliness.
• To report any maintenance faults and incidents.
• To evaluate and actions exceptional guest requirements.
• To assist in the daily operation ensuring to always be a leading example showing excellent customer service skills.
Fluent Greek and English are required. Any additional languages will be an asset.
