About the job

Creates all the job descriptions and handbooks for each department, in cooperation with the HOD’s. Maintaining a high level of staff ‘etiquette’ in each department, and making sure that the team members follow the Radisson Blu Standards, Job Description procedures and Handbook details.

Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, ethics, and attitude toward colleagues and ensure that they receive warm welcome to the Radisson Blu beach Resort.
Create of all the policies and procedure and standard operating procedure of the Human Resources Department.


The Administration Secretary will be responsible for recruiting new staff, interviews, and the whole recruitment process in cooperation with the Management.
Moreover, responsible for Staff trainings according to the Radisson Blu Standards. Finally, responsible for recognizing the actual needs of each department, and focusing on employee relations.

Responsible for managing all the paperwork and all related form requested by colleagues.
Moreover, responsible for New staff Pre-arrival procedures, welcome and inductions days to all the new staff member.
• Responsible for exit interviews and follow up from HOD’s about the team members.
• Responding to various requests for help and information.
• Communicating with property associates to provide information and resolving challenges on behalf of those she/he reports to.
• Work closely with the Administration, Management and HOD’s with trust and treat colleagues with respect.
To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by the administration.

Training and Development
To collaborate in the design and coordination of all Training Programs and activities of the hotel.

About you

Assist with design and development of Recruitment & Selection programs, (including plans and staffing methods) following company’s philosophy and standards).
Assist management in screening resumes, conducting interviews.
Prepare and review written documents (e.g., daily logs, business letters, Offer Letters, internship agreements,)
Selection Resources Systems - Hosco, Skywalker, Linkedin
Managing Exit Interviews – Schedule and prepare.
Conduct interviews after Interview Training
Follow up and control of Selection procedures.
Creatively offer ideas and ways to improve processes and school presentations.
  • Language required: Greek. English is a plus
