Our 281 rooms and suites features different signature styles: Urban Style, New York Mansion, Maritime and At Home. Guests can choose from 3 on-site restaurants: the Sea Grill restaurant, winner of 2 Michelin stars, the unique PebbleWood Corner and the Atrium restaurant that features seasonal Belgian favorites. ."


Facilitating communication within the department, the hotel and with the clients. Performing all tasks according to departmental guidelines, the departmental business plan and the corporate guidelines and service concepts.

Front Office
Our on-site team works in close cooperation with a Contact Centre (= Reservation Centre) which handles the majority of the room reservations. However, all special requests and billing processes are managed at hotel level. Support the FO supervisor with internal communication in order to book and report properly the room revenue. Target the highest level of guest satisfaction by a smooth pre-arrival room management.


• Main hotel point of contact to assist group organizers (from the event request to the billing)
• Following up on assigned activities in OPERA to ensure high level of service and sales conversion
• Handling requests and responsible for specific contracts
• Managing the meeting rooms signage
• Performing market research and benchmark analysis in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing department
• Updating, processing and handling requests for individuals and groups
• Upselling
• Prepare the next-day arrivals
• Primary point of contact for the Contact Centre
• Handling daily operations linked to the OTA’s (online travel agencies)
• Participating on revenue strategy, ad-hoc reporting and forecasting
• Understand the sales strategy in order to maximize the different revenue streams Focus on Guest satisfaction on-site, pre & post arrival
