As a E-Learning/ Digital Learning Developer, your role will involve a combination of design and development of digital learning solutions that are functional, informative and engaging, that will inspire our hotel and support office teams to learn and grow.  You will work within the Training Content Design team to develop digital learning solutions to support the digital learning & development roadmap.

The role is based in our Madrid office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Developing learning materials and resources using the most appropriate authoring & creative tools
  • Developing online gamified learning solutions & assessments that are both engaging & informative
  • Creating simulations and interactive learning modules
  • Creating animated videos, graphics & illustrations to incorporate in online trainings
  • Proactively planning and executin projects to meet business timelines
  • Translating the business objectives & needs analysis findings into actionable items
  • Researching and proposing new learning technologies and approaches
  • Setting up and configuring material and resources on the digital learning platforms
  • Undertaking tests to ensure courses are set up correctly and learners can access them
  • Working with various partners and supporting in the filming and creation of innovative and engaging videos


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS




  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design or educational content development
  • Strong expertise in digital training development tools (Articulate 360, video editing, animations, Captivate, Lectora, Adobe Spark or other tools)
  • Preferably with experience using 3D or virtual reality training programs
  • Experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite including Premiere Pro, Audition, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Fluent in English with strong written & verbal communication skills (all training content is developed in English)
  • Strong understanding of adult learning and being able to translate into engaging training formats
  • The ability to support the simplification of complex processes/systems/products into easy to understand content.
  • Ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments
  • Fascinated by digital evolution and technology
  • Embeds the ‘Yes I Can!’ attitude and is proactive
